Shipping Policy

Overview

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options for your convenience. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the country and customs processing

Please note: Shipping times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or customs processing, especially for international orders.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You will be able to view the shipping fee before confirming your order.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $500 (domestic orders only).
  • For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer shipping to all countries. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We take great care to package and ship your order securely, but sometimes things go wrong. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged items, please provide us with photos of the damaged goods, and we will initiate a replacement or refund process.
